Where can I get the best Black Friday 2016 deals? From Amazon to GAME – all the retailers taking part

ONE of the biggest shopping days of the year is finally here, and we reveal where to get the best Black Friday deals.

Anyone who plans to indulge in a spot of retail therapy at a bargain simply needs to follow our guide.

Where can you get the cheapest Black Friday deals in the UK?

There are some great places to bag the bargains this Black Friday from perfume to clothes and homewares to computers, there is literally something for everyone -  you just have to know where to look.

Here are some of the retailers we recommend keeping an eye on:

Argos

Argos' deals were released early this year, with excellent offers on electricals and computing products. We recommend Argos for anyone looking for a good price on a FitBit. See all the best Argos deals here.

B&Q

DIY products and homeware deals are on offer in B&Q as part of the discount day event.

Items such as lawnmowers and drills will see huge reductions in the home improvement store.

House of Fraser

The department store House of Fraser is offering some outstanding savings as part of Black Friday.

A Michael Kors Mk3445 Ladies Bracelet Watch is reduced from £259 to £129.50 in a huge discount.

Amazon

Amazon is one of the biggest Black Friday retailers around, selling thousands of products and changing their deals daily in the run up.

Amazon can be an overwhelming place to shop but you can make sure you get the best deals by using their price comparison site to make sure you are getting the product for the cheapest possible price.

ASOS

ASOS offer up a discount code so shoppers can benefit from 20 per cent off the entire store on the day.

It is the perfect opportunity to top up your winter wardrobe or get your hands on the perfect Christmas party dress. The fashion retailer has been tight lipped about discounts - but read our guide to ASOS here.

Smyths

The toy store has a whole range of goods on offer for bargain prices as part of Black Friday.

A voice recognition puppy, sure to be a favourite at Christmas, is now £39.99.

Tesco

Tesco also launched their deals day before Black Friday, slashing the price of groceries, beauty products and booze on their site and in store.

Don't forget to check the price you are paying against other retailers such as Asda before you buy though - just to be sure you are getting the best deal.

Morrisons

Morrisons got in early on the Black Friday sales and started slashing prices last week.

The supermarket is offering discounts on a range of products from beauty items to food.

Grab a Serrano Ham whole leg for just £28 or a cutlery set for £20.

Sainsbury's

Like all the other major high street shops Sainsbury's is not one to be left out of the Black Friday deals.

Thrifty shoppers can pick up a microwave which would normally sell for £70 for just £40.

John Lewis

Last year John Lewis boasted a 15.5 per cent increase in internet sales during Black Friday and raked up to £187.7 million in one week.

This year they are knocking down the prices of a huge range of products across all departments, quick an eye on their electrical products like TVs and computers if you want to get the best deals.

Boots

Boots has hundreds of electrical goods and beauty products on offer throughout the day.

Mens grooming items and perfumes are just some of the reduced products Black Friday shoppers can pick up.

GAME

Avid gamers will be keeping their eyes on GAME throughout the day with amazing deals on PS4 and X-Box bundle deals as well as games and accessories.

Debenhams

Debenhams have also snuck in their deals early this year offering discounts throughout the week.

They are offering reductions on perfumes, clothes and homewares, including bigger ticket items like furniture and appliances.

Halfords

If you are planning on buying your little nipper a bike this year, Halfords Black Friday sale is probably for you.

With up to 50% off bike and accessories,  their sales are running across the whole weekend.

Marks & Spencer

Like a whole host of other retails M&S has started its sale early - with discounts on PJs, smellies and gadgets. We've found the pick of the bunch on our guide to the best Marks & Spencer Black Friday deals.

Currys

Surprise, surprise Currys has dropped prices on a range of...you guessed it...electronics.

It's sale has already started but we've got the top offers in our Currys Black Friday round-up.

Very.co.uk

The online fashion shop isn't the first retailer you might go to for Black Friday but it has tons of deals across a whole host of sections.
