AN obese mum has got revenge on her bullying ex by losing 10 stone and finding love.
Alvina Rayne's, 32, bullying ex called her an “ugly fat piece of garbage” who “no one would want” after she reached 20 stone in weight.
Upset Alvina would then comfort eat a whopping 5,000 calories, including two fast food meals, two bowls of sugary cereal and snacks, every day to cope with is cruel comments.
However, in 2009, the mum from Philadelphia in Pennsylvania, USA, decided to ditch her unhealthy relationship with food - and her partner.
She switched to a low-carbohydrate ketogenic diet and went on to lose a whopping 9st 8lbs to prove him wrong.
Now, Alvina’s had the last laugh, has rejected her old flame's attempts to win her back and is happily married to husband Sascha, 32.

Alvina, a full-time mum of two and v-logger, said: "I remember my ex telling me that if I left him 'no one would want me' and that I was 'worthless, ugly and would never lose the weight even if I tried'.
"He used to say I was an 'ugly, fat piece of garbage and lot of other vile things that would leave me emotionally eating more and more.
"After years of putting up with the abuse and being isolated from everyone by him, something had to change and it got to a point where I finally told him to get out of my life, forever.
"I switched to a low-carb keto diet, sticking to 75% healthy fats, 20% proteins and 5% carbs and quickly started to lose a lot of weight.
"Whenever I was struggling, I would remember him telling me 'no one will want you' and that I was 'fat' which made me even more determined to prove him wrong.
"After losing the weight I saw my ex's mom and she was shocked at my transformation and she told him how much I had changed."
"Later my ex called to tell me 'I heard you put on some hotness' and tried to get me back.
"But there's no way that would ever happen, I'm happier than I've ever been in my life and don't want anything to do with him ever again.
"Now he's eating his words that I'd be 'alone forever and unhappy', because I'm happily married to a man who treats me like gold and loves me."
Alvina's diet before
BREAKFAST – two large bowls of fruit loops with full fat milk
SNACKS – sandwiches, chips, fizzy drinks
LUNCH – Taco Bell chalupas, Quesadillas with a side of cheese or Burger King double whopper and fries
DINNER – Taco Bell meal or donuts, bagel with cream, deep fried chicken and other convenience food
DESSERT – ice cream, M&Ms, or a bowl of cereal
At her heaviest Alvina's unhealthy lifestyle, brought about through depression from her ex's treatment, left her with a BMI of 42.9 - placing her into the 'very severely obese' category.
She would often get out of breath walking and struggled to fit into women's clothing - forcing her to wear men's clothes.
Alvina added: "I almost never let my stomach feel hungry, I ate until I was stuffed, the only time I felt comfort was when my stomach was very full."
"I had a yearlong affair with Taco-Bell when I was pregnant, where I'd sometimes have it twice in a day, I would have Chicken Chalupas, Quesadillas with extra cheese and temporarily I would be content.
"I would often eat all the way up until bedtime and sometimes in the middle of the night I'd have two bowls of cereal or some M&Ms."
"I was so overweight that I would get out of breath after climbing one flight of stairs, it was hard to motivate myself to get up and do anything with my life from the emotional pain of the mentally abusive relationship.
"When I was shopping I had to get things from the men's department because the women's cut was so bad and nothing fit right, I just wanted baggy dark coloured things to cover me up head to toe.
"I had more men's clothing than women's, I would wear my ex's clothes or buy men's t-shirts and sweat pants."
Alvina's diet after
BREAKFAST – eggs with a little salt and garlic seasoning with bulletproof coffee and coconut oil
SNACKS – soaked almonds or berries
LUNCH – spaghetti squash with grilled chicken
DINNER – salad with steak and mushrooms
DESSERT – keto cheesecake or keto ice cream
She switched her diet up, cut out her sugary snacks and takeaway meals.
Now she weighs a slim 10 stone and even helps others to lose weight online after marrying husband Sascha in 2013.
She says that the diet has even helped to reverse a list of her health problems that were linked to obesity.
Alvina added: "When I was severely overweight I had very high blood pressure, the beginnings of type 2 diabetes, polycystic ovary syndrome, left ventricular hypertrophy, severe anxiety & panic attacks.
"Now they are all gone after nearly seven years of keto which makes me feel great.
"Now I want to use my YouTube channel to give people hope that no matter what's happened to them in the past, they can have a new future.
"I want others to know that they can start their life completely over, you don't have to stay where you are, it's so powerful to realise that you are in control of your body and life."
