Jeremy Kyle guest says dad abandoned her after she was raped by her BROTHER at the age of ten
Tragic Hayley revealed her family was torn apart after she was abused by her grandfather and brother
A BRAVE abuse victim told Jeremy Kyle she felt her dad had abandoned her after she was raped by her 14-year-old brother at the age of ten.
Hayley said she “blamed herself” for the breakdown of the family after she revealed she had been abused by both her granddad and her brother.
But she accused dad Paul of “doing nothing for 11 years”, having moved out to live with his son in the wake of the allegations.
And she said that when she her attackers were put on trial, when she was 11, Paul wasn’t here.
She said: “You haven’t been there for 11 and a half years. At age 11 you told me you couldn’t come to court because you were painting a mate’s house for £40 worth of weed.”
The tragic story unfolded when Hayley’s mum Debbie told Jeremy how she discovered her daughter was being abused.
She said: “My dad came to the house and put his arm around her and she punched him and said ‘Don’t touch me.’
“I knew then that something was wrong.”
After questioning Hayley she discovered “my dad and my teenage son were abusing my daughter.”
She added: “He used to bribe her with sweets to go down and stay with him. I wanted to kill them both.”
The two of them were arrested but shortly afterwards the 14-year-old boy was released back into the house.
Debbie revealed: “I didn’t want him there.”
As a result her husband, Paul, moved out with their son and the couple split.
The lad was later jailed for four years.
Debbie added: “Hayley thinks she destroyed the family, because she spoke up.”
Hayley revealed she felt guilty after speaking out about the abuse.
She said: “I felt like it was all my fault when it all happened.”
Paul insisted he hadn’t turned his back on his kids, but says he was “pushed out.”
He said: “I was pushed out. I was forced to go and live with him. I wasn’t allowed to contact my daughter.”

Jeremy praised him for looking after his son, rather than turning him over to the care system but added: “You didn’t have contact with Hayley. That’s the worst thing.”
He added: “But while your daughter was in court, you painted a friend’s house for £40 worth of cannabis. That’s disgusting.”
But after hearing how the whole family have struggled with the devastating events, Jeremy said: “You are all victims.”
Referring to his father-in-law, who was jailed for the crime, Paul said: “There is only one person who destroyed this family.”
Jeremy agreed: “Liam is a victim as well. I believe he was coerced and your old man is the perpetrator.”
The family were promised help from the aftercare team to deal with their ongoing issues.
Hayley had one message for anyone else who was being abused.
She said: “You should speak out straight away.
“If you can’t talk to a parent tell someone else.”
