Hospital staff spooked by a ‘haunted balloon’ which some believe is the ghost of dead child
Terrified workers in a children's ward are heard shrieking and running away in eerie footage
HOSPITAL staff were freaked out by a “haunted balloon” that followed them around the building just inches off the ground.
A clip has emerged online showing terrified workers watching the red balloon moving oddly in the corridor of a children’s ward.
And some viewers of the clip believe the spooky balloon could have been moved by the ghost of a dead child.
The balloon drifts towards the two workers as one explains: “When I go to one side, it follows, and when I go to the other it follows again.”
It then moves along the corridor as a male worker says: "It’s coming towards us!"
His female colleague responds: "The woman in the bed said something had touched her leg. It’s coming this way!"
The footage, filmed at the Victor Vilela Children’s in central Argentina’s Rosario, then cuts to the employees standing in a kitchen doorway
The balloon suddenly appears and spooks the two staff members, who scream and run away.

Dante Taparelli, a local artist with an interest in the paranormal as well as being the image director of Rosario municipality, told a local TV station: "This is an entity, a soul, something, I don’t know what.
"From my point of view, we should be very happy in these situations. I think it was a soul that was wandering around. There are open gates that we cannot perceive. These things give hope, they shouldn’t scare us."
