Gruelling workouts, protein meals and meditation: How Martha Hunt is getting ready for this year’s Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show
THE annual Victoria's Secret fashion show has to be one of the big events on the fashion calendar.
This year it's happening on November 30 in Paris, which means the models who are taking part are already prepping.
One of them is Martha Hunt, and anyone thinking those toned bodies and slim waists come easy needs to reconsider.
The 27-year-old Angel has been focusing on her bum, legs and abs when it comes to her workouts, as she knows those areas will be on show when she struts the catwalk.
She likes to exercise with friends to keep things varied, plus she cuts down on the amount of sugar she eats.
That doesn't mean she's deprived though, as protein-heavy meals are the order of the day, she .
There's another big part of her prep too - meditation.
"I don't do it as much as I should, but that's honestly such a brain saver to do twice a day leading up to the show because it just sort of centres you and helps you block out all the noise," she explained.
There are always some surprises on the day of the Victoria's Secret show, but there are a few titbits we already know.
Lady Gaga will be performing, as will Bruno Mars and The Weeknd.
Walking the runway will be some of the biggest names in fashion, including Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio and the world's sexiest woman Stella Maxwell.
