CHRISTMAS dinner usually means two days of running around like a headless chicken, peeling spuds, basting turkeys and soaking Christmas puddings.

Despite the stress and effort, there's always a miscalculation of timings means that one of your lovingly prepared trimmings has to be served half an hour after the rest, when most the food has been devoured anyway.
