But the rich kids of social media always take things one step further - with extravagant pics of flash cars, private jets, and their six figure bank balances.

From teens who use wads of cash as pillows, to those who bet or Rolexes and iPhones during long evenings at boarding school, and young ladies who order from fancy Mayfair restaurant Nobu for their in-flight meals - nothing is off limits for these youngsters.

Each picture gets hundreds of likes from impressed web surfers - but not all the feedback is positive.

While others were disgusted by this snap, which compares Primark shoppers to 'peasants'.

Instagram user 23rg said: "These peasants aren't probably rich as you.

"So lower your ego and attitude and appreciate that not everyone can afford luxury items in life...

The admin of Rich Kids UK told Sun Online: "I don't think boasting about wealth online is extravagant.

"People are allowed to boast (about) anything they want. They deserve it because their parents worked hard for it.

"People who think the rich kids are spoilt are simply jealous, because their parents can't afford things they want.
