NHS campaign urges Brits to drink more tea as we face the coldest start to winter for SIX YEARS
The Stay Well This Winter campaign advises people to take more hot meals and drinks, wear a jumper and turn up the heat at home to avoid getting sick

Bosses fear pressures on struggling A&E departments and demand for GP appointments will surge, and want people to take more care of themselves in the first place.
A campaign launched today suggests consuming more hot meals and drinks, putting on a jumper and turning up the heating at home to 18C.
And if sickness does strike, ask a pharmacist if it can be treated at home.
The Met Office has warned the UK faces the coldest start to winter for six years — and studies show every 1C drop below 5C in outdoor average temperatures sees a ten per cent rise in older people treated for breathing problems.
