Pippa Middleton bears an uncanny resemblance to Prince Harry’s girlfriend Meghan Markle

SHE’S the glamorous actress who’s been thrust into the limelight after snaring Prince Harry.

But eagle-eyed royal watchers have noticed that Meghan Markle bears an uncanny resemblance to Pippa Middleton, the younger sibling of his sister-in-law, Kate.

The model-like pair share the same glossy brunette locks, classic make-up look and preppy, tailored dress sense.

Harry, who is fifth-in-line to the throne, was romantically linked to Pippa back in 2011 after the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s wedding.

The red-headed prince was seen telling Pippa as they walked out of Westminster Abbey, “You do look very beautiful today – seriously”.

Body language experts dubbed them a “perfect pairing”, while the rumour mill went into overdrive after they were reportedly spotted on a “date” at a London pub.

Harry has always shot down romance claims and insists that their relationship is strictly platonic.

Pippa 32, is now engaged to financier James Matthews, 41, while Harry has reportedly been wooing Meghan for the past six months.

It’s claimed they first crossed paths in Toronto at the Invictus Games earlier this year before beginning a trans-Atlantic relationship.

Meghan is a well-respected and established actress who is best known for starring in US TV legal drama, Suits.

When she’s not working, Meghan - like Pippa - is passionate about philanthropic causes.

She is an advocate for UN Women and a Water Aid ambassador, while Pippa supports the British Heart Foundation and regularly takes part in charity sport challenges.

The pair also share similar interests – both have a penchant for their pets, watching the tennis and working out.

The striking resemblance hasn't gone unnoticed on Twitter where royal fans have dubbed Meghan a “doppelganger”.

Christopher Bawden wrote: “Harry couldn’t get Pippa Middleton, so he goes for her doppelganger.”

A user called Kate added: “Meghan Markle = Pippa Middleton but with better brows”.

Mrs K commented: “Is it me, or does Meghan Markle look a bit like Pippa Middleton? #PrinceHarry #KeepingItInTheFamily.”

Meanwhile, Meghan is very different from Harry’s usual identikit type.

The prince’s little black book is stuffed with gorgeous, doll-faced women who all sport blonde tresses.

His previous platinum-haired conquests include Chelsy Davy, Cressida Bonas and Ellie Goulding.
