Essex woman starts beauty brand in her bedroom… a year later she counts celebrities such as Kim Kardashian amongst her fans

WHEN it comes to beauty fads, Kim Kardashian has started many a trend.
But is seems that the only way is Essex when it comes to a few of the US star’s personal beauty must-haves.
Jade Elliott, 31, launched her make-up brand, , from her Essex bedroom back in 2015, but now her products are some of the most sought after by the stars and their make-up artists.
The celebrity stylist can now count the Kardashians, Chrissy Teigen and Little Mix amongst her brand’s numerous fans – and it’s all happened it a year.
And the brand's celeb fans have been fantastic for sales, back in March, Kim's makeup artist Ariel Tejada used Jade’s £20 strobing stick to create a look on Kim and it sold out overnight as a result.

Jade says that she set out to create on-trend, affordable makeup brand and her popular range has now been snapped up by Harvey Nichols, Fortnum & Mason - and is about to launch on shopping channel giant QVC.
Jade told The Sun Online: “I started ICONIC because I wanted to empower women by demonstrating that anything is possible if you put your mind to it.
“ICONIC LONDON is a brand created by women for women.
“My goal when starting ICONIC was to produce affordable luxurious products which rival, and in some cases exceed the leading brands.”
She added: “I feel so incredibly honoured and lucky every day to have created a brand that both celebrities and make-up artists love.
“It is absolutely mind blowing that celebrities such as the Kardashians and Christy Teigen use and love our products and I hope I can show other women that anything is possible if you set your mind to it.”
