The Brisbane mother, who is originally from Columbia, credits a diet rich in green juices and smoothies with helping her stay in shape throughout her pregnancy, and says she drank up to a litre of juice a day.

Juliana, 37, who is also a vegetarian, now has more than 1,500 followers on Instagram and regularly shares tips to help other people live a healthier lifestyle.

Speaking to the Mail Online, Juliana said: “When I was pregnant my diet was pretty much the same, so I ate lots of salads and raw food.

“But the main thing that I increased when I was pregnant was the amount of vegetable juice and green smoothies.

Juliana said she started to eat healthily about 15 years ago after suffering from rheumatic fever as a child.

Since then she has followed a predominately plant-based diet including lentils, beans and grains.

Juliana said she tried to eat a lot of raw foods, and surprisingly, does not follow a strict exercise regime to keep her trim.

She revealed: “I go to the gym one or twice a week. I do weights and a little bit of walking, I also enjoy dancing.”

“I just want to share a little bit of my Colombian way, my beauty tips and health tips and stuff I do as a mum.”
