Despite having aired its final episode more than 12 years ago, Friends remains undeniably one of the best sitcoms of all time.

The one where he's her lobster
After watching a heartbreaking video from the night of their high school prom, Rachel showed Ross how much he meant to her with a passionate smooch.
The moment prompted Phoebe to make her famous comment: "See, he's her lobster."
The one where Ross and Rachel broke up
Ross became probably one of the most hated men in Britain when he slept with Chloe while he and Rachel were 'on a break'.
After trying to make their relationship work, Rachel broke the nation's hearts when she told Ross it was over as she couldn't stop picturing him with her.
Sob.
The one where Monica and Richard split up
Moustachioed Richard was a huge part of Monica's life in the early series of Friends.
But after realising she only wanted a baby with someone "who really wanted it too", she called time on their relationship at Barry and Mindy's wedding and the pair had their last emotional dance.
Of course, it all worked out in the end as Monica got together with Chandler.
The one where Monica and Chandler got engaged
In one of the most emotional scenes of all time, Monica got down on one knee to propose to Chandler.
As she became overwhelmed - and pointed out "this is why girls don't do this" - Chandler stepped in and popped the question.

In the final episode, Rachel headed off to start a new life in Paris.
Realising he couldn't live without her, Ross made a desperate dash to catch her before she went - but Rachel got on the plane anyway, breaking Ross's (and our hearts).
That was until she turned up back at his apartment - setting us off all over again.
