AN ultrasound picture has sparked hilarity on social media as it looks like the baby girl has an enormous penis.
The grainy photo was shared on Reddit and by the expectant mum's brother.
In the caption he joked: "Doctors told my sister she's having a baby girl. I told her I think she's having a baby man."
It's most likely the amusing photo was snapped when the unborn tot's leg had drifted into this compromising position, making it look like a giant pecker.
Other Reddit users were quick to jump on the willy jokes wagon, with one suggesting the ultrasound was actually of a ";baby horse".
Another admitted: "We know its a leg but it's funny looking anyway" while one added: "A third leg."
One suggested: "He must have big hands."
