She's back

Horrific footage of Dr Pimple Popper extracting an enormous growth from a patient’s back will turn your stomach

The dermatological expert is back with another gruesome video in which she surgically removes a large fatty lipoma

DR PIMPLE Popper has delivered to her fans again after she uploaded what seems to be her most disgusting video to date.

Medical professional Dr Sandra Lee performed a procedure on a patient who had developed a non-cancerous lump called a lipoma.

The sensation, who has over 1.2 million subscribers on both  and the video sharing site, is seen prodding the growth of fat cells before slicing it out.

The benign growth is sealed by a thin, fibrous capsule and found right under the skin and usually can be moved around with gentle pressure.

Dr Sandra Lee starts the video by chatting with her patient and prodding the large fatty deposit before drawing an area for the incision.

After opening up the skin, she then starts to remove the huge yellow growth by tugging on it with her surgical scissors.

The patient is left with a large open wound on their shoulder but the dermatologist expert is able to sew up the opening to allow it to heal.

The video has had over 330,000 views YouTube since it was uploaded last week and it has received over 300 comments from poppaholics.

One viewer commented: "Is it wrong that I'm thinking "damn just use a shoe horn to get that monster out" lol...love you Dr."

While another wrote: "I'm pretty sure that thing was his half-formed siamese twin, and all that was left was it's foot"

And someone else said: "I always wonder why you don't create a longer opening to allow the cysts and tumors to some out."
