The sickening moment came AFTER the man had tried to lance it with a fishing hook

POPPING a spot is one thing, deciding to get rid of a giant CYST on your wrist is totally next level.
That's what a man called Jason did though, after deciding to take matters into his own hands after the pain got too bad.
The stomach-churning footage shows him going to extreme lengths to get rid of the growth on his arm - which has been growing for YEARS.
To kick things off, Jason takes a large fish hook and plunges it into the fleshy mass.
Horrifically, the sharp metal point doesn't do anything to the cyst.
Instead, he's left with the hook danging off his bulging wrist.
After explaining it was "frustrating and extremely painful" that the hook hadn't helped, Jason decided to use a drawing pin to ease the bulge.
In case you were worried he sterilised it first - but this is still probably not the kind of thing you want to give a whirl yourself.
"Let's see if I can pound this thing back where it belongs," Jason says in the YouTube video, before taking the pin and plunging it deep into the cyst.
He wriggles it around, and suddenly his skin appears to pop.
"Oh yeah!" he squeaks.
After moving the pin even deeper into his arm, there is an audible pop as the cyst bursts.
Jason then spends a bit of time flicking the drawing pin to show how deeply stuck in the cyst it is, before gently pulling it out.
Then comes the truly disgusting bit, as he pinches the sides of the cyst together so the gunk inside it can ooze out.
Think it can't get any worse? It can.
Next, Jason squeezes the clear goo out of the cyst and grabs it between his fingers.
"See that?" he says, as he stretches the clear liquid between his fingers. "That is some serious cyst fluid."
He goes in for one more pinch, explaining: "It's not stopping. I told you this sack was pretty full."
Finally Jason decides to turn the camera off, after deciding the rest of the liquid can be freed in private.
