INK-CREDIBLY STUPID?

Magaluf girl meets a lad on the beach… and then gets his NAME tattooed on her arm

Lydia sent a picture of her inking to holiday pal Fred who called her an "absolute legend"

THE worst thing most people come back from their summer holidays with is dodgy tan lines or a raging hangover.

But one woman has revealed the epic tattoo fail she made while partying in Magaluf, Spain.

Lydia Glynn, from Sheffield, decided to get the name of a guy she met one evening - identified only as 'Fred' - inked onto her arm.

Lydia got chatting to Fred while in the party hot spot and the pair spent time together on the beach.

The pair went their separate ways and the next evening she headed straight for the tattoo parlour.

While most people would only get the names of their dearly beloved etched onto their skin, Fred clearly made quite an impression.

Lydia decided to text Fred when she got home to show off her new body art.

Her pal Mollie Lloyd-Waites has tweeted screen grabs of their hilarious text exchange.

Lydia's first message to Fred reads: “Hi love don’t know if you remember me from mama on beach till stupid times lol but I had your name tattooed on my arm on the next drunken night hahahahahaha (sic)”.

She posts a photograph of the inking, which is positioned underneath an existing tatt, to prove she isn’t lying.

Fred seems to find the fact a random girl has had his name tattooed on her the day after the met brilliant.

He responded: “hahahahahahahaha” and then says, “Oh my f***ing God! You absolute legend that isn’t for real is it”.

Lydia confirms that “3 weeks” after her holiday, “it’s still there”, as well as another picture of it.

It's not clear if Lydia plans to keep the tatt forever.

But she's not the first Magaluf reveller to get a bit of dodgy body art.

Fellow boozed-up Brits have had penis inkings etched on their bodies, while one girl opted for the Harry Potter lightening scar on her forehead.
