Maybe these tips will help turn up the heat in the bedroom
COULD you improve your sex life by making one simple change?
The time you choose to get jiggy could affect how satisfied you and your partner end up feeling.
Clinical psychologist Michael Breus, a clinical psychologist and author of forthcoming book The Power of When, revealed that people don’t tend to plan their romps.
He explained: “Seventy percent of people have sex based purely on convenience, which tends to be when you’re already in bed for the night.
“But you want to have sex when your testosterone levels are high, and that happens to be earlier in the evening or in the morning.”
If you get down to business when you’re more alert, you’ll be more likely to be energetic, free from stress and geared towards creativity.
Breus has categorised people into different animal groups based on their body clock.
He said: “Everyone’s internal rhythm is different”.
“There are certain times when our body is burning calories or producing more oestrogen, so it’s all about using that knowledge.”
What time should you have sex?

Breus advises couples to try and plan a time for sex that’s close for both of your daily peaks.
He explained: “Sex is another form of communication.
“So if you are going to communicate, you want to do it at a time that they can engage and listen.”
