Do you remember 90s rom-com She’s All That? The stars have reunited… and one of them hasn’t aged a bit
Twitter users still seem very invested in this feel-good film
One of the most iconic Hollywood couples of the 90s has been reunited… and it’s making everyone feel nostalgic.
In 1999, actors Freddie Prinze Jr. and Rachael Leigh Cook starred in the rom-com She’s All That.
The story, which was loosely based on Pygmalion by George Bernard Shaw, followed the blossoming relationship between a cool guy and a highschool nerd.
In the film, swoon-worthy character Zack Siler was dumped by his hot girlfriend.
Following his humiliation, his pals dared him to take the geekiest girl in school to prom, Laney Boggs.
True to feel-good flick style, Zack turns ugly duckling Laney into the perfect date, falling in love with her in the process.
The friendship shown in the film must have translated into real life, because 17 years later actors Freddie and Rachael are still in close contact.
Yesterday, Freddie posted a picture of the beaming pair going out for coffee together, sending Twitter into meltdown.
The tweet, which was liked over 2,400 times, was inundated with hundreds of messages of support.
One commenter remarked: “This takes me right back to high school. She’s All That FTW!”
Another said: “My heart can’t take this. You’re still adorable.”
