MONDAY
Cold Feet
A return to Cold Feet? After 14 years? Say what?
Revisits of old shows are usually pretty dismal, but this new series is definitely the exception to that rule.
The comedy drama follows the original gang who get reunited after Adam turns up in Manchester to announce his impending marriage.
But not everyone is as thrilled as he is, meaning he starts to have doubts himself.
Starring John Thomson, James Nesbitt, Fay Ripley, Hermione Norris and Robert Bathurst.
ITV, 9pm
TUESDAY
The Hairy Bikers’ Chicken and Egg
Apparently we eat 1.3 billion chickens and 120 billion eggs a year (That's a lot of protein).
So in this new series, Dave Myers and Simon King set out on a new culinary mission as they bike across Europe, the Middle East and America to find and cook the most delicious chicken and egg recipes in the world.
We hope Nandos is on the list!
BBC2, 8pm
WEDNESDAY
Our Girl
How Michelle Keegan manages to look amazing in big army boots and a full khaki uniform we’ll never know, but she proves it can be done in the new series of this war drama.
Keegs stars as experienced army medic Lance Corporal Georgie Lane, who joins Captain James and 2 Section at a refugee camp near to border of Somalia.
Drama strikes when an aid worker is kidnapped and Georgie’s determination to find her places everyone in danger.
P.S. It also stars Perrie Edwards’ new man, Luke Pasqualino (who you may remember as Freddie from Skins) and he is hot.
BBC1, 9pm
THURSDAY
Paralympics 2016
It’s the Paralympians' turn in Rio, as Clare Balding presents coverage of the opening day.
GB’s Sarah Storey is looking for gold medal number 12 in the cycling, while Ollie Hynd, Aaron Moores and Stephanie Millward take to the pool at the Olympic Aquatic Stadium.

FRIDAY
Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason
Here’s a little Bridget-based treat before the release of Bridget Jones’s Baby next week.
The disaster-prone journalist’s happily ever after isn’t going to plan after her and her dream man – Mark Darcy – start to squabble over silly things.
Bridget decides to decamp for a while to Thailand and write a travelogue (eh?), but in true Bridget fashion she runs into a rather handsome ex and chaos ensues.
Starring the loveable Renee Zellweger as well as our rom com faves Colin Firth and Hugh Grant.
ITV2, 9pm
SATURDAY
The Jonathan Ross Show
The chat show veteran is back for his eleventh series in the job, inviting more celebrity guests to take a seat in his infamous green room.
His unique form of non-stop questioning and hilarity makes for a great show, and this year we can expect an A-list line-up of guests including Renee Zellweger, Patrick Dempsey, Tom Odell and John Malkovich.
ITV, 9.30pm
SUNDAY
Victoria
If you’re just as addicted to this show as we are, then definitely don’t miss this episode.
Tom Hughes makes his debut on the show as a very good-looking Prince Albert – swoon!
However things don’t go swimmingly as the feisty young Queen takes an instant dislike to her future husband (eep).
ITV, 9pm
