A GIRL has filmed the moment a she spurts pus from an enormous cyst on her boyfriend's face in a disgusting new pimple popping video.
The YouTuber called Lila can be seen performing the disgusting procedure on an a young man named Aaron's face as he was suffering with a large cyst.
The clip, which was uploaded earlier this month, starts off with the girl using a metal instrument to slice open the patient’s skin.
The thin yellow pus out of the man’s pores and then she uses a towel to wipe the excess fluid before beginning to squeeze the large blister.
While wearing surgical gloves, the girlfriend then starts applying pressure to the cyst, which results in the wound begging to ooze out thick gunk.
After 9 minutes of pushing out the revolting infection, the sac is completely emptied and the man is left with just a loose flap of skin, which she then cuts off with scissors.
The clip was uploaded on YouTube with the caption: "Removing a cyst on my boyfriend's face.
"Apologies in advance for the few times my hands/hair get in the way and for lack of sound -- there was music playing in the background and YouTube kept flagging it for copyright violation.
"Please don't comment and finger-wag that he should've gone to a doctor or that I didn't know what I was doing. Going to a doctor wasn't possible and I knew what I was doing. Mostly."
