Human Ken doll IGNORES Botched doctors’ advice and has two ribs removed so he can look ‘perfect’
Mauricio Galdi had previously had chest implants, arm implants, four nose jobs and liposuction
A MAN has ignored doctors’ advice and had two ribs removed in his quest to become the “perfect” human Ken doll.
Mauricio Galdi, 29, from Brazil, was told by Botched plastic surgeons Dr. Dubrow and Dr. Nassif in June that the procedure would be too dangerous.
However, the blonde-haired wannabe actor has revealed he has now found a medic who will carry it out.
Speaking to the , he said: "The doctors tell everyone it's dangerous but I get so many plastic surgeries in my life and I always search the best doctors.
"I'm always sure to find the best and I found a doctor who was an expert.
"He said to me 'I can do this but you can just remove two ribs, not six, not four, not ten.'"
TV surgeron Dr. Dubrow ruled out operating on Mauricio in the summer, saying: “It’s not my first human doll rodeo.
“There is only one Dr Frankenstein for a reason.”
Mauricio has previously had chest implants, arm implants, four nose jobs and liposuction.

He added that he doesn’t “feel insecure” but he wants to “look like the most perfect Ken”.
Mauricio’s obsession with changing his appearance began when he was 17 and was told he wasn’t good looking enough for a career as an actor.
This prompted him to have his first nose operation and to be injected with fillers.
“I never sought to be the Brazilian human Ken,” he told the E! programme.
“It was something that came to me, television sought to give me the title.”
Mauricio isn’t the only man to model himself on the plastic character.
Air steward Rodrigo Alves has spent £305,000 on plastic surgery and earlier this year was rushed to hospital after a nose reconstruction left him with flesh which began to die.
