‘I hate that he still has sex with his wife’: Women reveal the hot passion and the cold pain of being a married man’s mistress
'Other women' made their confessions on the secret-sharing site Whisper
WE often hear of the pain and betrayal experienced by women whose partners cheat on them.
But now, using the secret-sharing website Whisper, 'other women' have opened up about the realities of being in a relationship with a married man - and it's not as easy as you might think.
While some women confess that they love the passion and secrets of being involved in an affair, others are disgusted by their situation - with one woman admitting she felt like her lover's 'prostitute'.
She said: "I am the woman and I was ok with that, till I started to feel like his prostitute."
Meanwhile, another revealed that she's in fact jealous of her man's wife, writing: "I'm the "other woman" and I hate that he still has sex with his wife."
And some women took the opportunity to defend their reputation - insisting that being the other woman doesn't necessarily make them a bad person.

One woman said: "I wish people would understand that being other woman doesn't always mean you are a home wrecking whore. Sometimes, it just means you fell in love."
Similarly, another confessed that she doesn't want to be the other woman, writing: "I say I'm ok being the "other woman"... I'm actually not, I'm just desperate to be loved I'll settle for being someone's affair."
But some confessions do fit the stereotype of the 'other woman' - with a few contributions showing no remorse whatsoever.
One woman said: "Being the other woman is hot... I get treated between than his wife and there's no feelings involved.
"Win win, everyone."
However, others reveal that in fact, being the other women isn't worth it at all.
Putting her role as the 'other woman' behind her once and for all, one said: "I can honestly say that being the other woman was the most stressful, complicated and lonely experience.
"But I could change it I wouldn't it, I wouldn't.
"Now I know what I deserve. I'm happy to have ended it."
