FEMALE gym fanatics flaunted their incredibly ripped bodies at an Arnold Schwarzenegger bodybuilding competition in Hong Kong.
The bronzed gym bunnies donned skimpy bikinis to showcase their bulging biceps, super-toned six packs and pert bottoms.
Muscly women from all over the world gathered in the city for the Arnold Classic Asia Multi-Sport Festival, which was held at the weekend.
Hollywood hero Arnold, 69, famous for playing human-looking cyborg The Terminator in the 1984 action movie, was on hand to launch the event and pick a winner.
One heavily-tanned women, dressed in a glitzy blue and silver sequin two-piece, was spotted doing press-ups in front of the judges, while another competitor flashed her toned bum in a embellished thong.
Contestants paraded on stage on front of the panel, showing off their jaw-dropping figures.
Arnold told the stressed-out city to remember to balance mind and body.
As well as bodybuilding the festival also involved demonstrations and competitions including arm wrestling, skateboarding, chess and Rubik's Cube.
Hong Kong is the first city in Asia to host the event, which is already held in North and South America, Europe, Africa and Australia.
The festival is also the last official professional fitness competition on the bodybuilding calendar before the Olympia, making it extra important for women searching for a qualifying spot for the American contest.
Arnold encouraged guests to stay active: “Until you're six feet under, you have to work on your body. But you also have to work on your mind.
“If you look in the mirror at night you should be able to say 'Today I learned a whole bunch of new things'.”
The former bodybuilding champion and governor of California told reporters he still gets up at 5:00am every day to go to the gym and work out.
“You have a choice to live or to just exist,” he said.
