Australian super-mum makes amazing food designs from vegetables to help son eat healthily

Australian mother Laleh Mohmedi makes meal times fun for her son Jacob by sculpting his favourite characters out of healthy ingredients

It’s an eternal battle between mother and child to make sure that their precious children get all the nutrients they need from their fruit and veg.

We’ve heard of blending and hiding greens and even just smothering them in cheese but one artsy mother has taken a different approach.

Australian mother Laleh Mohmedi makes meal times fun for her son Jacob by sculpting his favourite characters out of healthy ingredients.

She claims that the elaborate creations are not complicated and take her only about 25-30 minutes to make.

Laleh uploads her creations to Insatgram where her account @jacobs_food_diaries has gathered a following of over 57,000.
