A MUM-TO-BE has become an internet sensation after posting incredible videos of her workouts online.
Beki Gerrard, a 29-year-old fitness fanatic from Bolton, is expecting her first child later this month and was determined to keep in top shape during her pregnancy.
The personal trainer has been working up a sweat for around 30 minutes up to six times a week since having the added weight of her bump.
Beki, who owns The Fitness Room gym, has been inundated with praise and requests for training advice since posting her workout videos on .
She said: "Being a fitness professional, I wanted to inspire my clients and potential clients so I knew I had to continue to keep fit and healthy during my pregnancy.
“I've had to adapt my workouts and think about the baby when programming so that the baby and myself are healthy and safe.
“The hardest part is not pushing myself too much when training and taking rest, modifications and hydration."
Beki said she has "so far felt great" while her energy levels have rocketed and pain has "been minimal".
She added: “I have only gained 1st 7lb in 37 weeks which is great. I know how great I'll feel after working out so I try and focus on all the endorphins I'm going to release - it works every time for me.
“I also vary my workouts so that training stays fresh and interesting.”
Beki started posting videos online of her workouts midway through her pregnancy and admits many other families have been inspired by her efforts.
She said: “I started sharing my videos online from when I was around 18 weeks pregnant and the reaction has been very positive.
“So many other pregnant women have contacted me for advice. Lots of them have been inspired and grateful to see me posting my videos.

“A lot of men, for their partners, and females seem inspired to stay healthy throughout pregnancy."
However, she admits some people are "shocked" by her workouts and imagines some "would disagree" with her training.
She said: “Every pregnancy is different so not every woman should train the way I have.
“My body is used to the workouts I have been doing and it is no shock to my system.
“I have dropped my weights, decreased my range of movement and listened to my body. If I feel like having a rest day, I take one.”
