THE COUNCIL have come down hard on a restauranteur who planned a “Blow Job” café in London.
Bradley Charvet’s fellatio café, was set to open its doors in December this year but the council dealt the him a devastating blow by refusing the plans.
Bradley, who opened his first fellatio café in Switzerland earlier this year, was disappointed to learn that he will never be able to served up oral sex and cappuccinos to the British public.
He had hoped to launch the racy concept café in Paddington, central London, but thanks to licensing laws the plans have flopped.

Many are disappointed by the decision to block the kinky café which would have served coffee and pastries along with an iPad where they would then choose an escort from a list of pictures.
A 27-year-old potential punter, who lives and works in Westminster, said: "The council really are sucking the fun out of life.
"It would have been a great place to rub shoulders with the bigwigs, politicians and bankers."
The Met Police also confirmed they would not allow a blow job café to open, because, while prostitution is legal, running a brothel is not.
