Brides give their (hopefully) future husbands complete control over their wedding.

Are they brave, or just stupid? We don’t know, but it’s great TV.

In this episode bride-to-be Holly is hoping for a warm, cosy family wedding, but her cowboy-loving fiance Cole has a Wild West theme in mind.

Here is some easy watching for your Thursday night.

The two he doesn’t choose get left with a microwave meal for one.

We’re getting super excited for the release of the new Bourne film, and to get you in the mood, our film pick of the week is the original.

A young-looking Matt Damon is found floating half-dead in the Mediterranean.

Unaware he’s actually a top CIA assassin, he heads for Zurich to investigate his past but a deadly chase ensues as his employers try to wipe out their now renegade operative.

Talk about a bad day.

Olympics

We’ve avoided it all week, but now it’s time to dose up on Olympics fever.

Hazel Irvine introduces action from day nine of the Games, which consists of the women’s marathon.

Britain hasn’t produced a medalist in this event since it was introduced at the Los Angeles Games in 1984. Paula Radcliffe – who still holds the world record – entered the 2004 event in Athens as the favourite but pulled out after 23 miles in blistering hot and humid conditions.

Who will win this year? Come on, Team GB!
