AS BHS prepares to close its doors for good, high streets across the country are facing the prospect of yet another empty shop.
The final date of closure has now been set - all 164 stores will have ceased trading by August 30.

Today former owner Sir Philip Green was branded 'the unacceptable face of capitalism' by a Department of Work and Pensions and Business Committees report.
The tycoon was accused of systematically extracting "hundreds of millions of pounds" out of BHS, leaving its pension fund in deficit, before flogging it to “incompetent and self-serving chancer” Dominic Chappell.
Now more than 11,000 employees are on course to lose their jobs following the collapse of the British department store in April.
On Saturday Duff & Phelps shut 20 stores, which affected 580 employees.
The financial advisory firm is due to close down a further 30 branches on July 30, shattering the lives of another 700 members of staff.
It was announced today all stores will be closed by August 20, with staff across the remaining 114 branches to be formally notified later today that their jobs are going into redundancy consultation.
As yet Duff & Phelps has failed to find a buyer for the business as 'a going concern' - a business that functions without the threat of liquidation for the foreseeable future.
The firm will now look to sell the stores off shop by shop.
