Woman who was ‘ashamed’ of her 38GG breast implants has them DRAINED on Botched TV show
Ilana said she was persuaded to enlarge them TWICE by her now ex-boyfriend who was obsessed with massive boobs
A WOMAN who had her boobs enlarged to a size 38GG at the request of her now ex-boyfriend was so desperate to get rid of them she had them DRAINED on a reality TV show.
Ilana said her breasts, which were a natural double D, felt like "wrecking balls" and made her "ashamed" of how she looked.
Appearing on on Tuesday, Los Angles-based surgeon Dr. Terry Dubrow suggested the only way to reduce her enormous chest would be to "stab" the 2300cc implants with a needle and drain the saline out of them - a procedure he admitted sounded "a little crazy".
He admitted he had only done this once or twice in his career and couldn't guarantee it would work.
In a meeting with Dr Dubrow and his partner Dr. Terry Nassif, Ilana told how she initially got her breasts enlarged at the request of her partner, who was obsessed with massive boobs.
She first had them bumped up to a size 38F, after having 1200cc implants inserted, however this wasn't enough for her fella and she went through another operation to take her up to a size 38GG.
But her partner still wasn't satisfied and Ilana had to break it off with him.
She explained: "I'm ashamed of how I look, and I have a lot of discomfort in my back and neck as well as cramping in my armpit, which is killing me."

While examining her, Dr Dubrow informed her the blood vessels on her breasts were dilated, indicating tissue injury and damage.
He added: "Look how peely your skin is. Now does it peel like this normally?"
Ilana said it had always been a little bit "chafy" which Dr. Dubrow confirmed is an "indication of underlying pressure, tension, and generalised tissue trauma".
He explained: "We do know we need to take the implants out; we do know we need to do a lifting procedure, which means reduce the areola, reduce a lot of the breast envelope and lift you up.
"But we do know that doing that in one stage is extraordinarily risky to your breast tissue and to your nipple.
"But I might be able to do something that I've only done once or twice in my entire career.
"Putting a needle into the breast implants and sucking out the fluid, allowing the soft tissue to retract and everything to sort of relax down, and then after a period of time doing one operation."
He later warned viewers: "Ruptured implants tend to cause shrinking and thickening of the breast tissue and that is exactly what Ilana's breasts need before she can have the definitive surgery."
Dr Dubrow assured his patient this procedure would save her having two operations or more, avoiding all the risks of anesthesia and the significant risks of the surgery itself.
Ilana remained awake throughout the draining process, which involved placing a small catheter into the underside of her boob and draining out the saline until they were fully deflated.
Dr Dubrow left the implant bags in Ilana's chest, allowing time for her breasts to contract and the tissue to thicken.
He then removed them during the second stage of surgery, where he replaced her 2300cc implants with 600cc ones - meaning they were still big and Ilana didn't require a breast lift.
A month afterwards Ilana visited Dr. Dubrow to thank him and tell him her new implants were "perfect" and she was "thrilled".
