AFTER years of music fuelled by their on-off relationship, it was recently claimed Drake and Rihanna are back together again.
It's fair to say the pair, who first began dating way back in 2009, has history.
With the success of their latest collaboration, could 2016 be the year the couple manage to make the relationship Work?
And they're not the only pair seemingly incapable of keeping apart.
Take a look at the other celebrity couples that have managed to patch up their differences…
Millie Mackintosh and Hugo Taylor
Fans were shocked when Made In Chelsea star Millie Mackintosh was spotted with old flame and former co-star Hugo Taylor, weeks after her divorce from rapper Professor Green.
The couple posed for photos on a yacht in Monaco which sparked a twitter backlash from Pro G.
Millie and Hugo appear to be more than just a rebound, after being spotted together at a friend’s birthday in Provence, France, on Saturday.
Kylie Jenner and Tyga
Kylie and Tyga are notorious for their rollercoaster relationship.
Rumours the couple were together began to snowball in 2014 when Tyga split from the mother of his child Blac Chyna.
Despite no confirmation that they were official, Tyga celebrated thanksgiving with the Kardshian family later that year.
Tyga continued to deny the rumours, despite both him and Kylie trading comments on social media.
Yet their relationship developed, with Tyga buying Kylie a Ferrari 458 for her 18th birthday.
In May the couple were said to have separated permanently - but after a date-night at the movies last week, Kylie and Tyga have confirmed they are once more an item. The saga continues.
Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth
Co-stars Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth first met on set of The Last Song in 2009.
After two break-ups in 2010, they were back and stronger than ever by February 2012 and announced their engagement in June.
However, in September the next year, their split was confirmed. Weeks later, Miley released the infamous song Wrecking Ball, believed to be about Liam.
Miley then briefly dated Arnie's son Patrick Schwarzenegger before reuniting with Liam in January this year.
The couple recently spent the weekend together in Malibu and their engagement has reportedly continued, largely out of the public eye.
Prince William and Kate Middleton
Even the nation’s sweethearts Will and Kate took a brief break back in 2007.
After taking some time apart, they reunited later that year at a party at the prince’s barracks in London to celebrate the end of his training.
The now Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s relationship continued to blossom and they married in 2011.
Gabrielle Union and Dwyane Wade
Actress Gabrielle Union and professional basketball player Dwyane Wade have not had a simple ride either.
The pair took a break in 2013 after four years of dating.
While they got back together in November 2013, days later it was confirmed that Wade had fathered a child with a woman he had dated during the split.
Undeterred, the couple’s romance reignited and by December, they were engaged.
Gabrielle and Dwyane married in 2014 in Miami at a private ceremony and have been together ever since.
Pamela Anderson and Rick Salomon
Baywatch babe Pamela Anderson has shown that divorce is not always final.
She tied the knot with American poker player Rick not once, but twice - in 2007 and 2014.
Sadly, the union was short lived both times, leading to messy divorces that included accusations of blackmail and abuse.
It’s not the first time Pam has reunited with an ex.
Her whirlwind marriage to Tommy Lee in 1995 also ended in accusations of assault and subsequent on-off dating.
