KENDALL Jenner is moving up in the world after buying Emily Blunt’s mansion for a cool £4.9 million.
The model and reality show star splashed out on the six-bedroomed Hollywood home that the star shares with husband John Krasinski.
Despite the hefty price tag, Kendall has bagged herself a bargain.
The 4,800 square foot home, above the iconic Chateau Marmont hotel, originally went on the market at £6 million, meaning the new owner got a discount of £1.1 million.
While young Brits struggle to get on the housing ladder the 20-year-old star will be living in the lap of luxury.
The three-floored property, in the crevice of a canyon, features a swimming pool, , and a spacious outdoor patio designed by The Office star.
It also boasts “four and a half” bathrooms, according to estate agent Catherine Marcus of Sotheby's International Realty.
The huge house features hard wood floors, exposed brick walls, a rooftop patio and stunning views of the surrounding hills.
Kendall will also get a walk in wardrobe, off the master bedroom, which is perfect for her huge designer clothing collection.
A-listers Emily and John, parents to two-year-old Hazel Grace, are expecting their second child and, after three years of remodelling the house, they plan to move their growing family to the East Coast of the US.
