DR GURUS2 has uploaded a gruesome clip in which they laser a hole into a man's cyst before squeezing the dark yellow pus out.

The dermatologist performed the procedure on an old man who had developed a large sebaceous cyst on the back of his neck.

The medical expert focused the laser beam on the cyst where the huge, lumpy smooth growth was situated.

The YouTuber, who is growing in subscribers on the video sharing site, is seen using state-of-the art technology, presumably to avoid putting their patient in any pain.

While sebaceous cysts do are actually benign, many sufferers prefer to have the lumps removed for cosmetic reasons.

Once Dr Guru has made a sufficiently big enough hole, they then squeeze out a large amount of yellow pus, which comes out in a string-like form.

Thehas already had over 118,353 views on YouTube since it was uploaded earlier this month and it has received 60 comments from new fans.

One memorised viewer wrote: "Now that was a good one... All that yellow stuff looked like lemon iciing coming out of a pipping bag.. Yum Yum... Yuck!"

The medical professional, who speaks Portuguese, is the latest person to join the growing trend of uploading procedure videos.

And the footage follows the popular series of stomach-churning clips uploaded by Dr Sandra Lee, otherwise known as Dr Pimple Popper.

Earlier this month she enthralled internet users across the world with her disgusting but strangely satisfying lipoma removal video.

Once Dr Sandra Lee had made an big enough incision, she mopped up the blood and cuts out the fat cells, before sewing the wound back up again.
