Including a super tasty pasta and a warming chicken soup.

INGREDIENTS:

1 x Whole chicken

50g of Butter

3 x Sprigs of thyme

2 x Lemon

1 x Carrot

1 x Celery

1 x Red onion

6 x Black peppercorns

1 x Bay leaf

1 x Handful of spaghetti

Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

1. Combine two sprigs of thyme, salt and pepper with the butter and mix well.

2. Rub the butter on the chicken and place the chopped lemon inside.

 Cover chicken with butter and place lemon inside

3. Cook for an hour and 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

4. Serve the chicken and keep the carcass and any scraps of chicken.

5. Add the chicken carcass, chopped carrot, celery, red onion, peppercorns, bay leaf and sprig of thyme into a large pot and cover with boiling water and let simmer for 20 minutes.

6. This will give you some soup, and now to boil the pasta and chicken scraps.
