HE’S BACK!

Stomach-churning footage shows bump-buster Dr Nick slicing open a patient’s back before removing a cyst

In the gruesome clip, the American dermatologist is seen painstakingly prising the spot out from underneath the skin

A NEW stomach-turning video shows a man having a huge cyst cut out of his back.

American dermatologist Dr Nick recorded gruesome footage of himself painstakingly coaxing the pus-filled lump out of the unnamed patient’s skin.

The doctor spends nearly five minutes slicing at the skin with a scalpel and then gently pulling at the spot with a pair of tweezers.

He manages to pull the sac out intact.

The 4.44 minute video begins with a close-up shot of the epidermoid cyst on the man’s lower back.

Dr Nick begins cutting the skin with his metal implements and moping up any blood with a tissue.

As he cautiously removes layers of flesh, the fluid-filled sac becomes visible.

Keen to not burst the spot, Dr Nick gently pulls at it using his tweezers.

After numerous attempts, the cyst is finally pulled from the patient’s back.

A large gaping hole is left in its place.

Epidermoid cysts are benign growths commonly found in the skin, typically appearing on the face and neck.

These cysts occur when the cells of the outer layer of the skin – the epidermis – reproduce too quickly and mount up.

This creates a sac filled with fluid.
