Would you fork out on a terraced house with a giant FISH poking out of its roof?
Apparently it's not for the shy and retiring type, with the former tenant claiming you have to be prepared for people to constantly stare at your house
One of Britain's most unusual homes is available to rent but the new tenant is going to need to love two things: sharks and standing out from the crowd.
Landlord Bill Heine had a 20-foot shark sculpture installed in the roof of his home, making it look like the start of some kind of weird fish invasion.
What makes the water beast look even more bizarre is that the terraced home is on a quiet residential street in Headington, Oxford.
Letting agent Connells described the house as "one of Oxford's most well known and appreciated pieces of art".
The rental advert reads: "This one of a kind property boasts three large double bedrooms, each complimented with its own en-suite bathroom.
"Viewings are highly recommended to appreciate fully the novelty and value of this property."
Bill commissioned sculptor John Buckley to design the artwork 30 years ago to commemorate the 42nd anniversary of the atomic bomb being dropped on Nagasaki.
But at the time Bill didn't request planning permission which sparked a six-year battle with Oxford City Council until the Minister for Environment resolved the issue.
The Shark House, located near the Oxford University and city centre, is priced at £2,400 per month.
Aside from the giant shark, the property is - internally - a normal home, with bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and garden.
The house has had several occupants over the past four years and the homeowner has been searching for new tenants who could "really understand and be engaged with a sense of delight in the local community."

"People ask us questions as we leave the house so we make sure we know enough about it to answer them."
As one of the scariest water creatures - thanks to the film Jaws, sharks stir up an equal measure of fascination and terror in most people.
So it's no surprise that Airbnb has created a bedroom in a shark tank.
Airbnb recently teamed up with Aquarium de Paris to enable visitors to sleep in the first underwater bedroom provided by the rental service.
The spectacular room is submerged in one of the aquarium’s tanks, where you can spend the night surrounded by the 35 sharks which call it home.
The ‘bedroom’ itself is 10 metres underwater and will offer a 360 degree panoramic view, with the aquarium aiming to teach guests more about the sharks you’d be spending the night amongst.
Unfortunately the only catch is that the incredible experience was only be available on the nights of the 11, 12 and 13 April.
On each night, a lucky couple had the chance to sleep with the fishes, after receiving a behind the scenes tour of the aquarium and an intimate meal at a tank-view table.
