Today, Kelly Brook exclusively admitted to The Sun that she can be a bit of a “psycho” by regularly checking her boyfriend’s phone.

Having been cheated on in the past, Kelly is determined not to be lulled by a love-cheat into a false sense of security ever again.

Thankfully her French flame Jeremy Parisi’s texts have been nice, not naughty.

Pam Spurr is on hand to give her advice for Kelly and everyone else: you don’t need to check his mobile to reveal a love-rat.

Here are seven signs that he’s probably cheating...

New work routine

He suddenly has to do odd hours for work, including going away unexpectedly and staying late at the office.

It can be suspicious if he doesn’t seem to have a pay rise or job title to match his new efforts.

Once upon a time he didn’t go to the gym and that beer gut didn’t bother him. Now he wants the body of a footballer.

Or at least he’s more aware of eating carefully and doing some exercise.

Here’s the man who was once happy with the lazy-guy approach to fashion.

Now he suddenly wants some key wardrobe items, maybe a sexy shirt, better fitting trousers, etc.

He used to show up, maybe after work or at the weekend, chilled and relaxed.

Recently he has a buzz about him and his personal chemistry has come alive.

Out of the blue he mentions a new pub goes to or a female name keeps popping up – that new colleague.

For some reason, some cheats thinks it makes their cover stronger to actually mention the person they’re having an affair with.

He used to leave his mobile around the house and didn’t think twice that you might check it.

Now his mobile and/or laptop are super-glued to his hand.

The same for accounts and bills, before he might leave his mobile phone bill around.

Now he keeps that and his credit card bills out of sight.

A word of warning: he could be doing all these things and still might not be having an affair.

It’s crucial you go by your intuition, which is powerful but often ignored.

If it’s shouting at you something’s up, it’s time to tackle him.
