Footage of the gruesome act uploaded on YouTube shows a man gently prodding and squeezing an old wound in his thigh while talking to a couple of mates about his two bullet wounds.
And shockingly, it's not the first time he's taken matters into his own hands - as he's never been to the hospital.
He is heard saying: "Listen. Doctors don't do s***. I take all my real bullets out myself, you feel me? I took a big a** .45 bullet out of my shoulder right here about two years ago. And now I'm about to take this one out of my leg."
Proudly showing off his bullet injury, the guy squeezes the wound - which looks nothing more than a giant blackhead - until the shrapnel comes loose.
It then pops out and what's left is a gaping hole in his leg.
He proudly shows it off to the camera.
“You see that s***? What is that, like a .45? Maybe a 380 bullet. Look at that hole though, give me something to put on that s***,” he said.

The embedded bullet seems to have been pushed towards the skin's surface as the wound healed - which is why he was able to remove it easily.
