Want a Kim K bum? Curvy model reveals tips on how to maintain a bulging booty

A lingerie model hasn’t dieted for SEVEN YEARS – and insists that’s the secret to her stunning figure.

Iskra Lawrence is curvier than traditional models, something which didn’t go unnoticed by casting agents when she was trying to make it.

She was branded ‘plus size’, and has even admitted her family used to warn her against wearing certain things in case they made her legs look fat.

Iskra had the last laugh after landing a contract with lingerie company Aerie, and she has now lifted the lid on how she maintains her curvy figure.

“I can go out for dinner with my girlfriends, I can eat a pizza but I’m also listening to my body.

“I know I don’t want to eat pizza every night and doughnuts every day because I want to feel light and fit and healthy for life, so it’s about that moderation.

"But I don’t feel any guilt now which feels good.”

Iskra’s attitude towards her body changed once she accepted her shape.

She realised there was no point trying to change herself as it was never going to happen, so instead she embraced her shape.

The size 14 star, who regularly , believes in everything in moderation, and she also tries to workout as much as she can.

Just like Kim Kardashian, she credits squats with keeping her butt toned

That doesn’t mean she stresses if she misses a gym session though.

“I do what I can – I take my skipping rope everywhere or just do a little ab workout. It’s probably on average three times a week,” she said.

When she does hit the gym, Iskra opts for yoga, boxing, Pilates and weight training.

She finds the combination is the perfect way to keep her body tones but maintain her curves.

Perhaps unsurprisingly she’s also a fan of squats – the bum-toned exercise Kim Kardashian and her sister Khloe credit with helping mould their derrieres.

“I use exercise as a reward so I try and remember how I feel after that workout when you can’t get that motivation,” she said.

“You only need 30 minutes sometimes to get a sweat on, feel good, get the endorphins going. But squats are my thing.”
