Dad responds to teen daughter’s knife tattoo in the most brilliant way
Rick Venezia mocked daughter Ann's cutlery-inspired emblem by posing with actual knives
This genius dad wins ultimate cool parent points.
Ann Venezia, 18, from Phoenix, Arizona, secretly got an inking on her right arm earlier this month, but chose not to tell her father Rick because she was worried about how he would react.
When Rick eventually did find out about the cutlery emblem, he decided to mock her choice of design in the most brilliant way.
Blonde Ann tweeted a photograph of her dad mimicking her pout and posing with a real knife on his arm.
She captioned the laugh-out-loud snap: “My dad finally found out about my tattoo and won’t stop giving me s*** for it.”
The comical image has been shared over 62,000 times and liked by nearly 100,000 social media users.
Clearly revelling in his daughter’s embarrassment, Rick pulled some more model-like poses by placing a knife on his face and looking sultrily into the camera.

Twitter users rushed to praise Rick’s creative stunt.
Ivan De Marino commented: “'Parenting done right I say”, while Carol Gilman added: “This dad is my hero.”
One teenager said: “It's funny because my dad would be exactly the same.”
While another Twitter user joked: “Your dad seems like a sharp guy.”
Ann decided to get the inking on Friday 13th because her local tattoo parlour was only charging £9 on that day.
She managed to keep it hidden from her dad for three weeks because she knows he’s not “a big fan of tattoos”.
Ann was relieved that Rick saw the funny side and doesn’t mind him “making jokes out of it”.
