DR PIMPLE Popper has uploaded another gruesome video, in which she makes an incision in a man's forehead before cutting out a lump of fat cells.
Medical professional Dr Sandra Lee performed the procedure on a young man who had developed a lipoma, a slow-growing, benign growth of fat cells.
The sensation, who has over 1.2 million subscribers on both the and the video sharing site, is seen slicing his skin before making the cut wider to ensure she was able to completely remove the cells.
A lipoma is often not tender and treatment isn't usually necessary, but the man decided to have his removed after he was encouraged by his popaholic girlfriend and friends.
Once Dr Sandra Lee has made a big enough incision, she mops up the blood and cuts out the fat cells, before sewing the wound back up again.
The video has had over 320,000 views on YouTube since it was uploaded yesterday and received almost 500 comments from dedicated fans.
Dr Sandra Lee's numerous subscribers didn't wait long to let her know exactly what they thought of her latest patient.
One viewer even wrote a poem for the occasion: "Roses are red Violets are Blue This is disgusting But satisfying too :D"
While another said the clip helped them de-stress: "It's nice to be able to unwind to this after a long day of reviewing for exams. Thanks dr. Lee"
However, some users found the man's bleeding slightly off putting, with someone commenting: "This one made me a little queasy because of all the blood"
And another responded: "the only thing that bothers me is the blood, tbh, other than that, her videos are pretty entertaining to me :3
Last week Dr Pimple Popper posted which showed her performing a medical procedure on someone who had a Pilar cyst on his scalp.
The footage shows Dr Sandra Lee pull out a smooth looking growth, which was full of pus, from the patient's head using a pair of silver tweezers.
Once the yellow coloured and gunk-filled cyst is removed, Dr Sandra Lee embarks on sewing up the man’s head again.
