Remember EastEnders bad boy hunk Sean Slater? He’s unrecognisable in new fanatasy film role
Rob Kazinsky stars in new fantasy film Warcraft as an elf-like creature
EASTENDERS hottie Rob Kazinsky is starring in a new blockbuster... and it’s safe to say he looks pretty different in his latest role.
Sussex-born actor Rob, 32, who played EastEnders bad boy Sean Slater, has taken up the role of Orgrim in fantasy film Warcraft.
Ditching Walford for Hollywood, the former-soap star is completely unrecognisable in the action-packed film.
His terrifying costume, which makes him look like an orc leader, includes a set of oversized teeth, sharp spikey horns and huge elf-like ears.
When he’s dressed up as the terrifying creature, you’d never guess that Rob won prizess for being the Sexiest Male at the Inside Soap Awards and Soaper Star Awards.
To check out how Rob looks since leaving Albert Square, you can see him on the big-screens in Warcraft from next Monday.
The former soap actor has landed some impressive roles since appearing in EastEnders for three years.
In 2013, he featured in Pacific Rim as Chuck Hansen and also appeared in nine episodes of True Blood.
Last year, he played Randy in action comedy Hot Pursuit as well as starring in drama sci-fi series Second Chance.
The hunky actor has also attracted an impressive social media following, amassing over 104,000 followers on Twitter alone.
In recent months, speculation has suggested that Sean Slater might be returning to Albert Square to meet his biological mum.
Sadly, Rob put the rumours to rest by revealing that they probably won’t be able to make the storyline happen.
According to the Press Association, he said: "It’s been a topic of conversation between myself and executive producer Dominic Treadwell-Collins on and off for years.
“I would come home and visit my mum and dad and I’d say, ‘OK, maybe I could pop in if we could set up and shoot all my scenes in a day, maybe I could do something with Lacey Turner (who plays Sean’s sister Stacey).
“But we were just never able to make it happen.”
There’s no doubt that bringing Rob back to the BBC soap would be a popular decision.
On Twitter, Rob is regularly asked if he’d ever re-join the Albert Square cast.
Last week, one commenter said: “When you watch a film and Sean Slater is in it!! He defo needs to go back in Eastenders.”
Another added: “It’s about time you came back to Eastenders, Sean.”
