Medical expert makes an incision into his head before squeezing out yellow growth
DR PIMPLE Popper has uploaded another grisly clip, this time slicing into a man's scalp before squeezing the pus-filled cyst out.
The dermatologist performed the procedure on a young man who had developed a Pilar cyst, aka a trichilemmal cyst, on his head.
Medical expert Dr Sandra Lee made the incision at the back of his head, where the smooth growth was situated.

The YouTube sensation, who has over 1.2 million subscribers on both the Instagram and the video sharing site, is seen easing the cut wider to ensure she could get it out.
Pilar cysts do tend to be more mobile and firmer than others and are actually benign but many sufferers prefer to have the lumps removed for cosmetic reasons.
Once Dr Sandra has made a big enough cut, she then squeezes out a large yellow lump, before sewing the wound back up again.
The video has already had over 262,000 views on YouTube since it was uploaded yesterday and received almost 500 comments from loyal fans.

Dr Sandra Lee's countless subscribers were quick to let her know what they thought about her latest video.
One fascinated viewer wrote: "Wonderful procedure. Thanks again for not showing the numbing. This cyst was really beautiful. The contents always amaze me."
While another complimented her surgical skills: "I'm addicted to Dr. Sandra's videos - I wish I had a doctor who was half as fun! :-)"
But one user who seems to prefer watching Dr Sandra Lee perform other procedures, said: “Ok, enough cysts, we need some SERIOUS blackheads again! I'm talking Pops type blackheads!”

Last week Dr Pimple Popper uploaded another video of her performing a medical procedure, but this time it was on “a mother of a cyst”.
The footage shows Dr Sandra Lee squeeze out thick yellow pus from the patient's forehead using a silver hand operated tool.
Once the infected gunk oozes out from the cyst, Dr Lee scrapes it away using her pimple squeezing tool before repeating the process again.
She then picks up a pair of tweezers and starts removing any excess pus that her pimple tool wasn't able to get out.
