BARMY surgeons have been dragged to filth for their impossible cosmetic procedures where patients look decades younger.
The clinic in Istanbul revealed bonkers before-and-after pictures showing a man and woman completely unrecognisable after getting their face done.
On their Instagram page, promises facial plastic surgery and dental treatments and posts a series of absurd makeovers.
But patients Michael and Miss Dilek seemed to have undergone the most drastic transformations.
One post by the clinic claims Michael had a combination of facial surgeries including a facelift , necklift, lower eyelid blepharoplasty, upper blepharoplasty, buccal fat removal, rhinoplasty, and hair transplant.
The "before" shot shows a middle-aged Michael who suddenly is transformed into a much younger version of himself when his new look is revealed in an "after" picture.

Meanwhile, patient Miss Dilek was featured in another Instagram post by the Turkish clinic, showing her shockingly different "before-and-after".
The clinic claims the photographs in the 26.5K-like post show the outcome of "two years of rhinoplasty face lift and blepheroplasty surgeries."
Similarly to Michael, the new and improved Miss Dilek looks decades younger, with glowing skin, a button nose and even lighter eyes.
The pictures went viral on social media, being shared beyond Instagram and reaching more than 37 million views on X.

But social media users didn't have any of it, sparking a debate on whether the pictures were real or they had just been "trolled".
Some even joked that Michael either "got a new head" or "transformed into his own grandson".
One user, who posted the crazy makeovers on X, wrote: "No, Turkey surgeons are f*****g wild with their eight surgeries at once… this man came back looking 30 years younger."
Meanwhile, others were quick to comment on Miss Dilek's pictures, saying she would need a new passport after her wild transformation.
Top plastic surgeons also remained sceptical of the Turkish clinic's procedures, questioning how attainable those results really are.
'THAT'S NOT POSSIBLE'
Consultant plastic surgeon Dr Nigel Mercer, a specialist in facial reconstruction surgery, was suspicious of the Michael's skin quality.
He told : "If you look at the texture of his skin in the before picture you can tell that man has either been a smoker or he is quite old.
"In the after picture he has the skin of a 35 year old and that's not possible.
The Bristol-based surgeon added that facial hair helps to hide facelift scars, but the way his brows are shaped differently signals that there may have been other procedures or editing done.
Dr Mercer explained: "His eyebrow shape before and after is completely different.
"This can happen to some extent with facelift surgery, but just looking at the difference between his upper lid and the third part of his brow is a hell of a change.
"His face is a completely different shape, and I can't believe you can do that with just buckle fat removal, which is removal of the fat pads in the cheeks to create of slimmer more angular facial appearance."
London-based NHS plastics surgeon Mark Mikhail added: "Even in a dystopian world where it was possible to do this [with surgery] they would have had to do more operations than they claim to have done."
Regarding the female patient, Dr Mercer said he was also "very sceptical" that the "before-and-after" pictures are of the same woman.

He told MailOnline: "She does look completely and utterly different, there is no doubt about that.
"The main thing that makes us look old is our skin and the transformation of her skin is absolutely phenomenal."
What are the dangers of cosmetic surgery?
COSMETIC surgery, while often performed safely, carries several potential dangers and risks.
Some of the primary concerns include:
Surgical Risks: Like any surgery, there is a risk of infection, which can sometimes be severe. Excessive bleeding during or after the procedure can occur, requiring additional medical intervention. There is a risk of developing blood clots, such as deep vein thrombosis (DVT), which can be life-threatening if they travel to the lungs (pulmonary embolism).
Anaesthesia Complications: General anaesthesia poses its own risks, including allergic reactions, respiratory issues, and, in rare cases, death.
Scarring and Disfigurement: Poor wound healing or surgical errors can lead to noticeable scars or disfigurement, sometimes requiring additional corrective surgeries.
Nerve Damage: Surgery can sometimes damage nerves, leading to numbness, tingling, or changes in sensation. In some cases, this may be permanent.
Unsatisfactory Results: The outcome may not meet the patient’s expectations, leading to psychological distress or the desire for further surgeries to correct or improve the results.
Emotional and Psychological Effects: Some individuals may experience post-surgery depression, anxiety, or other psychological issues, particularly if the results do not meet their expectations.
Health Complications: Plastic surgery could lead to health complications including hematoma, seroma and tissue necrosis.
Allergic Reactions: Allergic reactions to materials used in surgery, such as sutures, adhesives, or implants, can occur.
Long-Term Risks: Some procedures, particularly those involving implants (e.g., breast implants), may have long-term risks, such as implant rupture, leakage, or shifting.
Dependency on Repeated Procedures: Some individuals may become psychologically dependent on cosmetic surgery, leading to repeated procedures and increased risk of complications.
