A third of Brits admit they will not jog in public – here’s why
A THIRD of Brits will not jog in public because they have a “silly run”.
A self-conscious 27 per cent “huff and puff”, and 14 per cent run rigidly.
A tenth “flail around”, while eight per cent say they are leaden footed.
Half said their running style had been mocked.
But they power through with the help of music and the sense of achievement, said the poll for protein snack firm Jack Link’s ahead of Sunday’s London Marathon.
A spokesperson for Jack Link’s said: “We may not all have a marathon in us.

"The survey shows some Brits are embarrassed of breaking into the slightest of jogs.
