Megan, 30, who quit reality TV to start up a singing career, smiled wide as she posed for snaps at the Who Cares Wins awards ceremony last night.
The star pulled her brunette tresses up into a neat ponytail, donning a full face of glamorous make-up, including a dark lipstick.
Megan placed her hands by her hips to accentuate her curves, which she showed off in the black and white frilled lace dress.
The gown featured long sheer sleeves, as well as a sheer material down to her mid-calf, showing off her toned and tanned legs.

Megan finished her look with towering black platform heels, as she accessorised with minimal silver jewellery.
She joined a whole host of celebrities at the Who Cares Wins awards, sponsored by the National Lottery, last night, including Susanna Reid and Davina McCall.
Anthony Joshua, Jamie Oliver, Harry Redknapp, Mel B, Olivia Attwood, Ellie Simmonds and Katie Piper mingled with nominees.
Telly favourite Ulrika dazzled in a shimmering minidress and knee-high boots as she turned out for the feelgood ceremony.

THE Sun’s Who Cares Wins awards will celebrate our dedicated healthcare workers in a glitzy ceremony hosted by the one and only Davina McCall.
