But she and partner John Tuck, 30, were stunned to be told she was pregnant after spending £12,000 on a pioneering treatment.

Her pregnancy was riddled with complications and she needed a caesarian four weeks early.

But baby Jenson was delivered safely and is home and healthy after a week in hospital.

Leanda, 30, said: “Jenson is our miracle and is everything and more we hoped he’d be.

“We lost five babies so finally welcoming Jenson into the world was the most wonderful thing after so much pain and grief.

“It’s been a long and difficult road but to be where we are now is so magical and special.”

Rainbow baby is a term for a child born to a family that has experienced miscarriage, stillbirth or neonatal death.

After five miscarriages between 2018 and 2021, Leanda, of Derby, paid £12,000 for specialist autoimmune treatment.
