DAME Deborah James is a ray of sunshine as she enjoys a margarita cocktail and meal out in a photo shared online.
The Sun writer, 40, said she is trying to find the diamond moments in the rough as she thanked fans for their support.
She posed outside at Beaverbrook country estate, Surrey, with sunglasses on her head and her cocktail in hand.
Mum-of-two Deborah wrote on Instagram this evening: "Happy Friday! Feeling grateful to be able to enjoy another moment of sunshine on my face, and food that makes me smile!
"Just trying to find the diamond moments in the rough - but when you look hard enough you realise they can still be there!
"Thanks as always for your amazing messages and love. Have a good one xxxx"

In a separate Instagram story she added: "Sunshine is making me happy! So is good food.
"I'll be knackered after this but getting out the house feels so good!"
TV host Davina Mccall commented "love you" while presenter Amanda Byram wrote: "You absolute star."
Journalist Bryony Gordon added: "You really are fantastic, completely smashing stigma, not just about bowel cancer, but also end of life care. I love you."

Deborah, known to fans as BowelBabe, has been receiving end of life care for her Bowel Cancer since last month.
She has for Cancer Research UK in just one month.
And Sophie Countess of Wessex gave her a royal boost by wearing one of the campaigner's charity range t-shirts.
Yesterday she said she was taking life at a slower pace but is still beating survival odds since being send home from hospital for palliative care.
She told ITV's Lorraine: “I am doing okay, I'm stable, I think stable is a good thing.
“I'm taking life slowly, not on social media too much and just spending time in the garden with my family at a much slower pace of life, which is not what I'm used to."
She also praised a new drug trial which offers an "uplift of hope" for bowel cancer patients.
The results of the research, published this week, stunned doctors.
