Keep dancing to the moon and back, Deborah James tells ‘mini me’ daughter in poignant tribute

DAME Deborah James has urged her daughter Eloise to 'keep dancing to the moon and back' in a poignant tribute.

The 40-year-old last night launched her full In the Style collection, which went live at 7pm.

Hundreds of pieces have already been sold, including her iconic 'rebellious hope' T-shirt.

As part of the collection, the Sun writer had designed a long skirt in pale pink.

Taking to last night, the podcaster turned fashioned designer revealed the inspiration behind the stunning garment, her 12-year-old daughter, Eloise.

She said: "Designed for my beautiful dancing, ballet loving mini me, my daughter Eloise, keep dancing to the moon and back."

The collection, complete with summer dresses and skirts and even a gorgeous two piece will be available for 48 hours only.

Pieces include the dress the 40-year-old wore to the Chelsea Flower Show this week, as well as the beautiful white dress she wore to accept her damehood from Prince William.

Other garments include a floral skirt and dress.

While Deborah dedicated the pink skirt to her daughter, she also designed the red and pink blazer for her sister-in-law, Ashley.

Deborah said: "Designed for my sister-in-law, Ashley, who has the slick style at heart and wouldn't accept anything other than perfectly cut lines."

Since the collection was launched last night, hundreds of items have already sold with shoppers flocking to grab Debs' designs.

Speaking further about the inspiration behind the pieces, Deborah said the £45 'Henley' dress, is one she would wear 'in her happy place on a river bank with a drink in my hand'.

"Comfortable to squat on the ground, chic enough to gate crash into the club afterwards," she added.
