DAVID Beckham made his name playing football, which understandably helped him stay in great shape.
But after retiring from the game, it was still key for the 47-year-old to hold on to the physique he had built over his career.
The Sun previously revealed how his wife, fashion designer Victoria, 47, stays in shape with the use of equipment like the TRX.
But now it's the turn of David and this is where personal trainer Gunnar Peterson comes in.
Gunnar has a host of celebrity clients including Kim Kardashian, JLo and he also helped Rebel Wilson in her 'year of health'.
The chief of athletics at training has now created a workout alongside Becks which can help you blast belly fat with a 4:4:2 class formation.

This signature workout is dubbed DB45 and allows those who take part to train just like Becks.
The 59-year-old PT said: "DB45 combines exercises David used in training throughout his career.
"The workout incorporates explosive, power-focused, multi-directional exercises.”
The workout focuses on typical footballing positions, from defence to attack.

Gunnar explained: "Station one is always a cardio machine. Station two through to Station five will include functional exercises. In the mid-field you will see multi-directional cardio and agility exercise.
“The exercises in Stations six – Stations nine will challenge even the fittest members by moving them forward, backwards, side to side, on the ground and off the ground.
"Stations ten and 11 are attacking positions with further emphasis on keeping agile.”
Timings alternative between 32 seconds of work, 15 seconds of rest, and 23 seconds of work, followed by another 20 seconds of rest.
Then you complete the ultimate finisher, with 7 x 30 seconds of bodyweight exercises.
BEND IT LIKE BECKS
When creating the programme, Gunnar said lots of features from the football pitch were tied in.
He explained: "The format mimics a 4:4:2 football formation, with stations representing typical football positions including goal, defence, mid-field, and attack.
"The programming will reflect the style of training that pertains to these positions.
"There are also certain aspects that highlight David’s career as well, for example: the workouts' timings reflect the jersey numbers throughout his iconic career."
However, Gunnar added David's physique isn't all down to F45.
"F45 is a new style of training that he has been introduced to, which he thoroughly enjoys and believes in.
"F45 really is designed for everyone – from the fittest of athletes to your regular member.
"The programming and workout design always include regressions or progressions to challenge members to the correct level," he said.
