CORONAVIRUS is still lingering and the Queen is currently isolating with the illness.
Her Majesty has a host of professionals on hand to take care of her, but her former doctor has revealed what it's really like to treat the royal.
Earlier this week the 95-year-old Monarch cancelled a video link chat on Tuesday after the news of her positive test.
But in positive news, royal sources claimed yesterday Her Majesty was already "getting over" her very mild bout of Covid.
Speaking to The Sun, the Queen's former doctor, Dr Anna Hemming, revealed what it's really like to care for the monarch and how she will be holding up during her isolation period.
She said the Queen has a dedicated royal facility within the royal mews.
"Whatever is necessary is available and her medical team will be doing what they do when anyone is unwell.
"This means making sure she is comfortable and having access to the people she needs when she needs them.

"Covid is very different now to what it once was and the virus has changed and become less specific with its actions.
"Her symptoms will be like a normal cough and cold that most people are experiencing", she said.
Dr Hemming explained all of the royal family has access to any medical consultants they need.
She said it's key to remember the best place to treat someone is where all the treatments they might need will be available - no matter who they are.
The Queen had to cancel meetings earlier this week due to her illness, with Dr Hemming, who now runs the in Twickenham saying she will be being "well looked after".
She added: "I think you have to remember that she is in her 90s and she will be suffering like anyone else and it's the right thing for her to do - she needs to rest."
Dr Hemming said that members of the royal household would be testing and that they would all be vaccinated - meaning the virus for them would be 'much less'.
ON CALL
When it comes to the facilities the Queen has at her disposal, Dr Hemming said there will be GPs on call all the time.
"There is the Queen's apothecary who runs the medical team, a list of consultants that are on the Queen’s list which includes members of the family and staff.
"There's also an in house team and an extensive hospital based consultant list."
Omicron is a milder strain of coronavirus - especially in the vaccinated - and most people who have contracted it have had cold-like symptoms - similar to what the Queen has reportedly experienced.
MILD SYMPTOMS
Cases have fallen in recent weeks and Dr Hemming said most people will now get through it like a normal cough or cold.
She added: "So many people have had it and have come through the other side.
"Some get more affected than others. The whole nation is now ridden the wave and we are out the other side.
"By being sensible we will get through this."
Dr Hemming said that there could be a bump in the economy soon which will reveal the financial cost of the virus, but medically she said we are coming out the other side and can 'get on with our lives'.

She added: "The virus has become less of a problem - people who have been jabbed get it for less time, it's less severe.
"That means when a person gets Covid they won’t suffer as much and most will get through it like a normal cough and cold."
